Chris David Simon I think in local elections people should vote for those they can trust and respect.
Whilst I shall no doubt take great pleasure in making ill considered outrageous criticism, of all of you, I'm sure that you all have the genuine interests of us voters at heart or nearby.
I'm sure that, you three, are fairly representative of your colleagues and care what goes on in Thanet so Good Luck for the next four years.

Could I please make the point that the people of Thanet should thank ALL that stood, (although I exclude the BNP) These people have a genuine desire to work for the local community and should they not have been elected, the took part in the process of giving people a CHOICE. The people have chosen. (Me, I'm humbled and grateful for the trust placed in me).
Ken Yes we should thank all those who bother to take part in our democratic life. As a critic of several politicians it should be remembered, aside from the politics, right or wrong politicians give up large chunks of time and I recognise the efforts people make.
Its sad to reflect that in my own ward the roughly 4 out of 5 preferred to stop in and watch emerdale corrie eastender etc. still I'm sure they will express their democratic right to kiss goodbye to 60p every time they vote for some F-wit moron in the next big brother series.
Chris the Birmingham vote rigging scam from my knowledge of Bordesley Green was as stupid as it was unnecessary.
